Dispatch Center (DC) is an innovative platform used for providing citizens with electronic state services in healthcare and aimed at effective management of a region’s healthcare.

The information system Dispatch Center (IS DC) is designed for dispatch control, monitoring and analytics of business processes in healthcare. The system is designed for automation of the main business processes in the healthcare system, such as:
- Management of planned hospitalization;
- Account of high-tech medical care (diagnostics);
- Account of high-tech medical care (treatment);
- Management of high-tech medical centers resources;
- Patient service and account, keeping a patient’s examination form, information service for patients;
- Collection of data about rendered services and expended assets;
- Accounting of losses due to expensive equipment downtime;
- Monitoring of expensive equipment utilization;
- Control of the patients’ waiting list;
- Working with the region’s Central Archive of Medical Images;
- Account and certification of infrastructure objects, medical equipment registration;
- Registration of patients’ requests and follow-up of further diagnostics stages, treatment, outcome.
The IS Dispatch Center (IS DC) is a scalable system. It can be used for a certain region’s healthcare system informatization on unlimited number of business processes.
Requirements of the Russian Federation federal law from July 27, 2006 N 152-FL «On private information» have been fully taken into account in the system development.
The modular assembly principle and open interfaces of the system provide opportunities for integration with related information systems, updating and expanding functional systems.
The system does not restrict the Customer and the final user in selecting a server platform.
The system has a friendly user interface that significantly facilitates the process of users’ learning.
